    Keep in mind this is a multi-unit building. Each of the apartments in this wonderful fourplex home feels quite private but they do have some shared walls. Please be aware that some noise may travel between apartments, especially if doors and window are open. City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Thank you for respecting our neighbors and helping everyone enjoy this peaceful retreat in Bend. We loved our stay here! The place was very clean and very comfortable and the location was incredible! We were right along the Deschutes River and could easily walk to downtown and a variety of restaurants and shops. The communication as well with the hosts was top-notch! We definitely will be returning!

Overall this property was as described. Close proximity to so many things to do. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. My ‘okay’ rating has to do with two things. Parking at the site was really tight and sometimes there was no parking at all. The bed was too firm and hard for me to sleep comfortably on.

We have stayed at a couple of these one bedroom units several times while visiting our son. We love the location. At first we thought traffic around Drake would keep us up at night. Everything quiets down after 9 pm so no problem. The unit is comfortable for 2, with everything one needs. My one complaint was the coffee maker was not working. I let the management company know the first morning with promises of a new maker that day. We never did get a working coffee maker during our stay which kind of dampened our mornings. I know, ‘first world problems’ but we are old school and don’t believe in paying 6-7 for a cup of coffee. There were also a couple of areas that didn’t look especially clean. Overall, would stay again

Another great visit. No issues and would return. The last step in the video about operating the front door lock I believe is backwards. Final step - you turn the knob clockwise to open and counter clockwise to lock.

This is a really cute cottage right across from Drake Park with lovely walks in all directions. It is run by an outfit called iTrip and while corporate, the communication was very personable and clear. It is about .5 miles from downtown restaurants and shops. The cottage was extremely clean and the kitchen was equipped with nice dishes, cooking pots, silverware and staples (oil, salt, pepper etc). for cooking. The towels are new and lovely and the bathroom had shampoo, etc. The king bed was firm but the frame was really squeaky. We had one morning when the hot water only lasted for one shower and it took a long time for the water to get warm one night (maybe it shares a tank with the adjoining cottage?). Outside of the cottages are cute chairs and grills and we had a nice chat with other renters there for the weekend. We were there to go to a concert at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater and it was great to just walk (.7 miles) and not deal with parking. I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again.

Great place in a great location!

Super clean and very easy check-in/check-out. Great location with proximity to Drake Park. Due to the location, expect some level of car noise throughout the night, but it's a breeze to enjoy Old Bend while staying here. Overall a great place to stay.
