Perfect family and friends vacation home with fireplace and air conditioning situated between Fort Rock Park and the Deschutes River! This 3 bed/2 bath home is a Sunriver favorite in a quiet secluded neighborhood. With just over 1900 sq ft, this home is perfect for relaxing or enjoying all Central Oregon has to offer. Located in close proximity to bike/walking paths, minutes from SHARC & The Village at Sunriver, 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor Ski Area, 4 minutes to golf, & 25 minutes from Bend!
The space
Enjoy the open concept living with a large living room, sitting area, dining room and kitchen. Watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV while the chef of the group uses the fully equipped kitchen to make a delicious home-cooked meal. The kitchen has all the appliances and everything you'll need to create a feast - crock pot, pots/pans, dishes, glassware, blender, roasting pans, utensils, and coffee pot, among other things. There's also a great BBQ located on the upstairs deck, with plenty of patio seating, so you can grill up a delicious meal while soaking in all of the natural beauty Sunriver has to offer. The lower deck offers more patio seating and a large hot tub. The hot tub is surrounded by pine trees and the occasional deer is spotted snacking just outside of it, it is the perfect beginning and end to a good day of golfing, skiing, climbing, or any of the other numerous activities Sunriver has to offer.
There are 3 private bedrooms and 1 open sleeping space on the lower level. The large master bedroom boasts large windows and a king size bed, a quiet sitting area with large flat screen TV, giant walk in closet, and a master bathroom. Bedrooms #2 & #3 have comfy queen size beds with closets and dressers for you to unpack into to make yourself feel at home. The open sleeping space has a twin bed and twin trundle with flat-screen TV and multiple board games to top off a fun night before retiring to your cozy rooms. Off of the sleeping space is the 2nd bathroom with a full bathtub to clean off the day from your outdoor fun in Sunriver.
The house is equipped with free WiFi and smart devices providing Hulu & Netflix on all 3 flat screen TVs. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Air conditioning is also in this home, a rare find in Sunriver, an added bonus on those hot days of climbing and biking in Central Oregon. Sunriver incorporates a system of bike/pedestrian paths connecting the entire community together. Local companies provide bike and trailer rentals so your whole family can enjoy a ride through the beautiful scenery. This home comes with 8 SHARC unlimited use passes, just minutes away!! The Village at Sunriver is also close by and offers shopping, dining, breweries, bike and ski rentals, minigolf (summer) and ice skating (winter), among many other activities!
