Nice Small Condo, Needs some Updates

The condo was nice. Location is great (stayed here before). The condo was clean and managed well. The two things that we would like to see improved are the toilet does not function well and backs up with even the smallest amount of waste. The TV is very old and not a smart tv so you can’t sign into your own streaming services.

The unit is part of a large resort complex. So some amenities were assumed: ice, vending machines, etc. There was nothing and the management company was offsite and knew nothing about the property. Couldn't even tell me if there was an ice machine anywhere in the resort. The unit is rundown. A lamp stopped working despite changing bulbs. The toilet could remove a bowel movement until three flushes. Luckily the unit came with access to an overrun pool where space was outside to sit.

Great, quiet location

A great place in a nice community that is quiet. The pool was really nice and a short walk away. The room is small (literally just a bedroom and bathroom) but it's a perfect place if you plan on being outdoors and using it just to sleep and shower. The shower does not drain well and the toilet should be replaced. It is very low and anyone with any mobility issues or an elderly person would not be able to get up from it. It also does not flush well. So the bathroom could use some minor upgraded. Otherwise a great stay!

Hazardous air quality

We never checked in due to hazardous air quality conditions from numerous surrounding wildfires creating a health and safety issue for us being elderly and with asthma. Please issue a full refund immediately!

Great place to stay for a couple or 1 , super clean and so close to downtown and the mountain!

This place was so easy! Key box outside for self check in. Clean and bed was super comfy, everything you need for a short weekend stay. Would 100% stay again. Only downside was an early check out. 10am … but still not enough to keep us away.

Over all the property was fine, couple of comments: TV Channel selection is very limited, we had stayed at the property earlier this year, the switch from a carpet to a hard wood floor made it the room seem colder, the hot water seems to be a bit limited, when taking a relatively short shower constantly need to keep increasing the hot water to stay at at constant temperature, need a outside light by the door, not well lit at night. Would recommend up grading the bathroom fixtures, toilet is very low, replacing tub with a new shower would be a nice upgrade.

Frustrating experience

The unit was adequate for our needs however the carpet was filthy stained. When being in a unit for 5 days housekeeping services for at least fresh towels is a must. We were there for 3 days before I called asking for fresh towels and was told to was them ourselves in the washer dryer in the unit. When I told the person on the phone there was t one she argued and said all units have them. I again told her there one in then7nitnwe were staying in… she then looked further and told me “oh you’re right there isn’t one in the unit”. She the. Said she’d try and get someone to come with fresh towels. When we got back to the 7nit that day there was a white garbage bag sitting on a chair with towels in it! Not acceptable practice. When we then called to see what we needed to do to get into the pool we were told the pool was closed. I told her that we’ve been here for 4 days and the pool was Soren as we have been past it multiple times daily seeing patrons in the pool. She told me “well the note I have says it’s closed sorry”. This is another issue by not having staff on site. We eventually were able to get in but this was not an enjoyable stay for us. We will NEVER use your site again and we will pass this on to all our family and friends to warn them not to use your site either. This is not a way to treat your patrons. I was made to feel I was lying to the people on the phone from your establishment.

Hard to find unit once in Mt Bachelor Village. The registration directions of " turn right by big tree" does not cut it. The place is full of big trees. Once found the unit all went well.

The property itself wasn't bad. The tv never worked. I reported it and no one showed up to fix it. The person who lives upstairs is still stomping around on squicky floors. the refrigerator was turned up on high and was very noisy as is the heater in the room. I won't stay here again!

Good with some minor noise issues

The river trail is an excellent hiking/exercise option right from the property. The community is quiet and it is a beautiful area with deer walking right through. The place doesn't have a kitchen (as listed) but was stocked with some silverware and dishes including a cutting board. Close to good dining/take-out. Only issue would be related to the creaky floorboards from upstairs. Unfortunately, the tenant upstairs does not sleep at night with some heavy stepping but mostly creaking floorboards which I don't feel is their fault. My sleep wasn't disturbed too badly. Could be an issue for a very light sleeper.
