The Space
This fantastic apartment is 52 m² and is located right on the beachfront in the Benal Beach complex, just a 2-minute walk from Bil Bil Beach.

BEDROOM
It has a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) that can be pushed together, a built-in closet, outlets near the bed, air conditioning, and a door leading to the terrace overlooking the gardens and pools.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and vanity. You’ll also find a shower mat and towels.

LIVING ROOM
In the living room, you’ll find a double sofa bed (140x200 cm), an extra bed for children (80 cm), a TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), a dining table with chairs, and a large glass door leading out to the terrace. The entire apartment has Wi-Fi (private connection within the apartment).

TERRACE
On the terrace, you’ll find a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views, the sunshine, and the spectacular sunsets.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, dishes, and everything you need for cooking. Guests also have access to a washing machine, iron, and hair dryer.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and downtown Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right across from La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and is close to attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, the Sealife Center, the aerial cableway, and Bill Bill Castle.

Santa Ana Beach is a 3-minute walk away. The apartment features a built-in closet, outlets near the bed, and a small balcony overlooking the gardens and the sea.
