The space
This fantastic apartment is 60 m² and is located right on the beachfront in the Benal Beach complex, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and Bil Bil Castle.

BEDROOM
It has one bedroom with a 150-cm double bed, a built-in closet, outlets near the bed, air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a door leading to the balcony with views of the ocean and the pools.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and vanity. You’ll also find a shower mat, towels, and a hair dryer.

LIVING ROOM
In the living room, you’ll find a double sofa bed (140x200 cm), a Smart TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), a dining table with chairs, and a large glass door leading out to the terrace. The entire apartment has Wi-Fi (private connection within the apartment).

TERRACE
On the terrace, you’ll find a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views, the sunshine, and the spectacular sunsets.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, dishes, and everything you need for cooking. Guests also have access to a washing machine and an iron.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and downtown Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right across from La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and near attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, the Sealife Center, the aerial cableway, and Bill Bill Castle.
