The Space
The apartment is located right on the beachfront with views of the ocean and the gardens of the Benal Beach complex.

The bedroom has a double bed (150x200 cm), two nightstands with lamps, outlets on either side of the bed, and a built-in closet.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features 1 double sofa bed (140x190 cm), a Smart TV with a side table, a dining table with chairs, a lamp, and coffee tables. A fold-out extra bed for children under 12 years old.

KITCHEN
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic-glass cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, countertop oven, and refrigerator. You’ll also have access to a washing machine and a dishwasher.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a hydromassage shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and vanity. You’ll also have a shower mat, towels, and a hair dryer.

TERRACES
You’ll have access to a spacious terrace with unobstructed ocean views, a table, chairs, and lounge chairs—ideal for enjoying a family gathering.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Puerto Marina and downtown Arroyo de la Miel.

The complex is located right across from La Paloma Park, where animals roam freely, and is close to attractions such as Selwo Marina Park, the Sealife Center, the aerial cableway, and Castillo Bill Bill.
