The main floor, which is also the middle one, welcomes an enormous dining-living room, with fireplace, comfortable sofas and spectacular views of the garden and the Mediterranean Sea, a wide, thoroughly equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two twin beds, which is also provided with a dressing room and an en-suite with Jacuzzi.

On the top floor, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with one double bed, a dressing room and an en-suite with a Jacuzzi; another bedroom is also provided with one double bed, and, in the third bedroom, you will find two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

On the lowest floor, which is also provided with an independent entrance, there are two living rooms, one small kitchen, an independent toilet, one bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms. One features a double bed and an en-suite with Jacuzzi, while the other relies on two twin beds.

The whole villa is provided with warm/cool air-con.

The outdoor area is simply mesmerising. You can spot the Mediterranean Sea from both the terraces and the private pool, which is located in a fenced garden. Next to it, you will also find an outdoor shower and an outdoor bathroom with shower.

The access to the villa is completely paved.
