The studio apartment is distributed in a single space and has 1 bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped American kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Additionally, it has air conditioning, heating, and WiFi connection.



The building also has pools facing the sea, a direct pedestrian exit to the beach, and nearby you will find several restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.



Aloha Playa is a building located on the first line of the beach in Benalmadena Costa, with large swimming pools and direct access to the main street of Benalmadena that leads to the Arroyo de la Miel beach, one of the most beautiful in the area. Nearby, you will also find the Bil Bil Castle, and a 5-minute walk away is a large supermarket of the "Dia" brand.



It is forbidden to smoke in the accommodation, if this rule is violated the fine is 100 €.



A penalty of 200€ per hour is established in case of not respecting the exit time rules of this accommodation.
