We have been renting this cozy village house for several seasons, and guests—especially hikers—love its practical layout, central location, and direct access to hiking trails (the GR52A passes right by the front door).



Spread over two floors with a spiral staircase, this simple, functional home features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a kitchen, an open bedroom, and a bathroom with toilet, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include a washing machine and a drying rack. Please note: there is no Wi-Fi, air conditioning, or bath towels provided.



Ideally situated just 15 minutes by car from the Berthemont thermal baths, this property is perfect for hiking enthusiasts and a great base for exploring the famous "Vallée des Merveilles" trail. The house is in the Vésubie Valley, with the nearest ski resort, La Colmiane, close by.



Free street parking is available. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. The property offers a convenient check-in system. Best suited for 2 guests, but can accommodate up to 4 for one night or a very short stay.
