'Not as expected at all. The bathroom had mold. Breakfast was horrible.'

'The front desk lady was very helpful and friendly. The room is very spacious and clean.'

'Great location, (MTA across the street) very comfortable bed, clean, spacious room, helpful, courteous staff, accommodating to our needs. My only suggestion would be to have a better coffee selection and real 1/2 1/2 (not coffee mate)and provide body lotion. We were very happy with our stay, would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to friends and family.'

'Perfect! I'd definitely come back! Everything is clean and they have everything you need! Coffee and tea at the front desk—perfect!'

'Nice room with a view north towards Harvard campus, bedroom/living room suite.'

'A very pleasant surprise! The staff is welcoming and helpful. Whenever something was missing, we simply had to ask and it was brought to us straight away. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the rooms in the tower were excellent. The only small downside was the limited choice of meat and the lack of eggs at breakfast. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.'

'staff was great but they failed to let us know there was no hot water when we got there and it was 40 out side we did let the front desk know they sent someone up to act like they were going to fix it but come to find out one of their boilers were down and could not keep up with the amount of guest they had checked in.'

'I had a great experience at the Embassy. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and the breakfast was great! Even though parking costs extra, the location is ideal, right in the center of cities like Cambridge, Newton, Natick, and Boston. The housekeeper cleaned my room did a great job! Overall, my stay at the Embassy was absolutely worthwhile!'

'Prima hotel'
