A building filled with character and charm built in 1877, one of only a few that survived the hurricane of the 1900's. The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". Located on the square, a private brick paved courtyard with large oak trees to unwind or simply enjoy the quiet that our small town has to offer. Shops are within walking distance or just minutes drive from eating establishments. The 2 bedrooms share a Hollywood bath (each bedroom has its own vanity and toilet but share a walk-in shower). The first bedroom has a queen and a twin. The second, has 2 full size beds. In addition, there's a hall half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with the basics for meal preparation along with coffee and tea. Washer and dryer available for guest use. Minimal parking in the rear or free street parking in the front. No parking or blocking of the side or back alley. Free WiFi, Netflix and TV with 50+ local channels, DVD player. No smoking inside.
