'We had one issue with our room, the HVAC system was so loud we could not sleep, however we called the front desk and were moved to a new suite immediately and given a credit. I always appreciate when a hotel acts quickly to fix a problem onsite, was impressed with the staff and management here. Otherwise this hotel is awesome on all other elements of our stay.'
