Perfectly located to enjoy local cuisine, shopping, and attractions, it's also a short drive from top wineries, breweries, hiking trails, museums, and waterfront activities.

The Space:
This bright studio apartment suite provides plenty of character and modern amenities! In the morning, the live edge dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with your breakfast!

The bedroom, living room, office and dining area make up the open concept studio, while a few steps down takes you into a fully equipped kitchen.

While we don’t allow loud parties, I have provided everything you should need to enjoy a nice meal in the suite!

Sit down at one of our local restaurants nearby, or place an order and bring it back to the suite if you prefer not to cook, but if you love to cook we are close to the local farmer's market where you can get locally sourced food!

The desk will fit three comfortably, but for a romantic dinner for two, enjoy at the live-edge table.

Enjoy hanging out on the comfy couches watching tv or movies, playing games or bring your books to read. It's all there for you! If you want to get comfy, there is a little electric fireplace and extra blankets and pillows.

I have included a fold-down desk space by the stairway so you can work without feeling like you're missing out! Free hi-speed internet and a Smart TV is included!

The queen-sized murphy bed is comfortable, and I have added a closet to keep your clothes tidy. The couch in the living room can be pulled out to create space for two more guests to sleep.

A washer and dryer in the closet by the bed helps to make longer stays more comfortable.

This is a private apartment and you will have the entire space to yourself. There is complimentary private parking for one vehicle in the rear of the building. Parking for extra guests is available for a $15 nightly fee.

We use a coded lock system on the door and guests will automatically be sent the private codes before arrival.

The bathroom is small but bright and clean and has a brand new shower and toilet (with a removable lid) for extra thorough cleaning. I run a salon and spa, so I know all about proper sanitation!

Guest Access:
You have private access to this entire studio apartment - consider it your home away from home!

You have access to one complimentary parking space & you can rent parking spaces during your stay for $15 per night if you have a second vehicle that needs to be parked during your stay.

An Ontario Parks parking pass is included with your stay. It allows access to all of the provincial parks nearby (including Sandbanks). Valid from April 1st to November 30th each season. Please return the pass to the suite once you're done using it so that it's there for the next guest!

I have everything you need for a picnic (coolers, beach blankets and much more) available to rent so you can pack a little lighter! Send me a message and I will let you know what we have available for your use!

The Neighborhood:
You are in the heart of Belleville, but on a quiet section of the street with a church on one side and a hair salon on the other (also run by your host Sharon). Being in the centre of it all puts you close to just about everything you could want to do in the area, including visiting wineries, breweries, galleries and the local waterfront and beaches.

Getting Around:
Check out the welcome book and my website for more details on the surrounding area (so much good stuff nearby!) but just know that you are in the heart of it all and close to everything! We have free parking, are on a transit route and are within walking distance to the Riverfront trail and Downtown District shops, galleries and restaurants. We are close to the hospital, the industrial park, Zwicks park, the Wellness Centre, the YMCA, the Trenton Air Base and Museum. Prince Edward County is just across the bridge over the beautiful Bay of Quinte and is a hub for all kinds of other awesome things to do!

Other Things to Note:
This suite is located in a heritage building on a quiet-ish side street in the Downtown District.

There is not a bustling nightlife in Belleville but there are noises.

The church beside the suite is a wedding and events venue, so you may hear some noise if there is an event during your stay.

There are eye masks hanging in the closet if you prefer to sleep in complete darkness.

Feel free to pop your head in the salon to say hi (I'm there Wednesday to Saturday), I will probably be busy with clients but would still love to meet you!

This is a private suite located just next door to The Cat's Meow Salon, my other business. I work 2 seconds away and live just 5 minutes away so am available but will not intrude on your stay!
