'Mooi en fris hotel Ontbijt viel tegen, koffie, banaan en een granen bar. Komt totaal niet overeen met de foto's'

'Our room thermostat was too high for me to reach and change because it was placed high, especially for a handicapped room. The room was very cold. The attendant on duty couldn't help because she is alone working. I suggest that this policy change at all properties, I don't think it is wise to have only one staff on duty.'
