'We loved the house. The view over the lake was breathtaking. It was decorated with style and we liked sitting on the balcony or in the living room and enjoying the view. The kids loved the fact they had their own floor and a large garden where they could play frisbee. There were a lot of activities you can do with children. Highly recommended was the Evian Nautical centre. You can swim in the pool pool as well as the lake. Our youngest jumped from 10 m. diving board. We also took the boat to...

'We have spent a wonderful week at this beautiful house in Excenevex. It is very well equipped with everything we needed, extremely clean and well presented, and has a lovely garden and pool. The host Elisabeth was lovely and very helpful.'

'We were a group of 15 people feom germany. The house was very big and we got many toys dor the kids. The big pool was awsome. In the house we found all things we need and much more. In the room with the kicker ans billard table we played every evening. In 20 to 30min we were in Genf and some supermarket were 10min away. The house was perfect for our holidays.'

'Depuis 8 ans que nous louons chaque été avec des attentes des plus diverses entre les enfants, petits et grands, et leur parents, cet endroit est le seul qui ait jusqu'à présent fait l'unanimité, alliant possibilités d'activités ou de repos, soleil ou nuages, excursions en montagne a 10km ou baignade dans le lac a 100m, des petits commercants top à 1km ou le grand supermarché à 15 min en voiture, et un proprietaire des plus reactifs au moindre petit souci. 'The property is very clean and well maintained with all modern facilities and plenty of outdoor space. You cannot believe how perfect the setting is being just a few yards from a secluded beach where you can swim in the lake. The owner, Phillipe, was very welcoming and kindly left us a bottle of sparkling wine which we enjoyed our first night. We would highly recommend this property and hope to come back to stay here next year.'

'Het appartement had een fantastisch uitzicht op het meer. Het was ruim maar wel gedateerd. De banken waren versleten. Het appartement was wel optisch schoon maar de vloeren waren niet echt fris. De locatie is prima zolang je een eigen auto hebt. '

'Accommodation was okay. The room did not have a kettle or mugs to make coffee. You also have to take out your trash before leaving otherwise you get fined €95. The hallways smelled like smoke. Other than that we slept well, the room had heating and a TV. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. '
