Omdat het hotel een aantal dagen overbooked was werd ons een upgrade in het andere Radisson Blu Hotel, Azur aangeboden. Alvorens toe te happen werden we daar rondgeleid. En toen viel het verschil op: in Azur ontbrak de menselijke maat. Alles werd te goed volgens het boekje gedaan met een overdaad aan personeel. Hoewel ons vijfmaal...

'We read so many good reviews about the service of the staff that we went with high expectations on that part. Unfortunately it was not as expected. We always had to get our own drinks from the bar, no one ever asked if they could support, check in very slow and not attentive, some of the staff were very polite but most of them just below average of kind. 'Where to start? Alain & Marie were excellent answering all questions before our arrival organising including airport transfers and hire car (essential to get round). The villa is amazing, very clean, and has a very peaceful energy which a great reflection on the owners. The views of the ocean are something to behold l swear.
