The cottage is situated in a small hamlet on the outskirts of the village of Belle Isle en Terre. The village of Belle Isle en Terre is in the county of Cotes d’Armor. It is just off the main tourist routes and is well known locally for its picturesque setting, Wonderful Chateau, beautiful church and River. The village has many shops for your everyday needs; they include a well stocked supermarket, boulangerie, chemist and tabac. Also available – two bars, a hotel, creperie, bank, post office, take-away and tourism office. There are lively local markets in adjoining villages and towns and of course large hypermarkets a short drive away in Guingamp, Lannion and Morlaix.
A pretty Breton cottage, tastefully restored to a high standard. The cottage is in a good location with views across the valley, yet ideally located for the sandy beaches and spectacular coastlines. The garden has the usual garden furniture, umbrella and BBQ for alfresco dining. there is off road parking and the cottage has heating throughout.
Rose Cottage sleeps 2 – 4 people. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed, is spacious, light and airy and has the usual wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, hairdryer etc. Bedroom 2 is spacious, has 2 x single beds. The room is light and airy and has the usual bedroom furniture.
The cottage boasts a well equipped kitchen/diner, a comfortable living room with seating for 6 people,has a flat screen TV, DVD Player with DVD's for that rainy day. The newly refurbished bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and hand basin.Large mirror and storage for toiletries etc.
The cottage is central to all amenities. Only 40 minutes from Roscoff ferry port and approx 1.5 hours from St Malo ferry port. The nearest airports are Brest and Dinard and St Brieuc, which are approx. 50 miles away. The cottage is ideally situated for fishing, walking, cycling, golfing, beaches, shopping, exploring or just relax and savour some local fare.

    Logement très bien situé. A 20mn de la plage la plus proche. Et bien centré pour les différentes visites à faire. Logement un peu vieillot mais qui fait largement l'affaire 👍 Nous avons passé un bon séjour !!

    Nice and spacious property

    This is a spacious house to rent for a very reasonable price. The beds were comfortable, and the house is equipped with what you need. The village with bakery and supermarket is a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay in this property. There is something wrong with the advertisement on FeWo-direkt, the whirlpool and washer/dryer mentioned there do not exist. We didn't mind that as we didn't need either of those things. Please note that you have to bring your own bedsheets and towels, and clean the house before your departure. In fact, we would strongly recommend to the owners to bring in a cleaner and increase the price accordingly, as at least in our case this self-cleaning arrangement did not work, the house was not clean when we arrived, especially the bathroom. This meant we had to clean the house twice during a five-day vacation, which was not a great use of our vacation time.

    Ein ruhiger Ort im Herzen Bretans. In der Nähe von der Schnellstrasse, um rum zu fahren. Supermarkt in Gehenahe. Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet. Alles prima!

    Agréable séjour dans cette adorable petite maison

    Court mais sympathique séjour. La propriétaires est disponible et les échanges sont cordiaux pour toutes questions relatives à la location. L équipement de la maison est très bien. Tout y est pour des vacances. Petit bémol la télé pourrait également être câblée sur des chaînes françaises.

    Apres quelques soucis pour trouver le gîte nous avons pu découvrir un endroit tres propre et très fonctionnel. Tout y est ! La ville est super mignonne, dommage que nous ne sommes pas restées plus longtemps pour pouvoir y faire un tour de facon plus approfondi. Les environs sont top même si la côte est un peu loin ca en vaut la peine. Merci beaucoup.

    Todo bien en general. Si acaso, cambiaría el colchón de la cama porque era bastante incómodo. Las escaleras de acceso a la planta superior son un poco difíciles/peligrosas. Y no tiene WiFi.

    Super séjour dans ce gîte très bien équipé et idéalement situé pour rayonner sur la Bretagne. Cadre de nature et de détente, terrasse ensoleillée. Je recommande !

    nous avons passé un très bon séjour. bien placé, au calme,suffisamment spacieux,très bon matelas,tout ce qu'il faut pour être bien. certains dirons que des chaines françaises sur la tv seraient bien venues...une notice en français pour le sèche linge aussi....mais bon...propriétaire anglaise très réactive et visiblement très sympathique... et merci pour vos efforts en français ...

    Charming cottage in a delightful and quiet Brittany village.

    The cottage really does have everything that you need for your holiday. Comfortable beds, lovely bathroom which looks quite new, T.V., DVD player, .Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the shed. BBQ and small patio area at the front of the cottage. My teenagers were more than happy with the facilities, even without WiFi. (Free WiFi available in the cafe in the village). For those who need more running around space - just across the lane there is a really well equipped recreation ground with football nets, basketball and tennis courts (all free and nobody else there in August) skate park and a children's play area amongst other things. There is a Boules set in the cottage and we found a boules court (Petanque terrain) in the village. The village has all that you need with Tourist information a handy source of information. Fresh bread daily from the boulangerie, Butcher and other food supplies in Carrefour (by the church). Well sign posted walks and bike rides of varying distances straight from the cottage. We had a fun evening meal at the Creperie. The nearest beach is 20 mins drive away along quiet roads. Perros Guirec only 40 mins away. The cottage is in a quiet location but very well connected.
