'A nice, cozy apartment in the middle of all our activities. Host provided some snacks and coffee, which we enjoyed. His was very receptive to questions and concerns. I would only suggest stocking the kitchen a little bit more. Otherwise, perfect stay for us.'

'I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area'

'Absolutely perfect VRBO! This property is in a very safe, nice area. The unit we rented is fantastic… you lack for nothing. The host is incredible… he even worked with us about check out time to help make our last day work out so much better! I am going to be in the area again in November and I plan on booking this unit again it is so nice . If you need a vrbo in Dayton I highly recommend this property as this was one of the best vrbo units I have stayed at. Thank you to the hosts!'

'Would give 0 stars if possible. Arrived at location (after check in time) to find front door open and residence occupied and obviously not in any condition for us to stay in. No response to our knocking or announcing our presence. Host communication was terrible. Area around location somewhat questionable, but not as concerning as the accommodations. Had the stress of locating (and paying for) a hotel with an opening (UD parents weekend). Was waiting to do review to see if we could arrive...
