Outside, a few steps lead to a large patio surrounded by greenery, a rare private space in the center of Bellagio. The area is equipped with a lounge sofa, dining table, chairs and umbrella, ideal for outdoor relaxation.
The lower floor houses a suggestive former icebox transformed into a TV lounge, a double bedroom connected to a single walk-through room and a large bathroom with a double triangular bathtub.
The property also includes a private garage for motorcycles and bicycles and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
