The Space:

Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, our home offers five bedrooms and three full baths—ideal for families and large groups. Sleep soundly in a king-bed primary suite with ensuite bath, three guest rooms with queen beds, and a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks for kids or singles. Two additional full bathrooms feature walk-in showers and tubs.



Stay entertained with smart TVs throughout the house and high-speed Wi-Fi. A dedicated workstation with a standing desk lets remote workers stay productive without missing out on the fun.



The open-concept kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and serveware you need. It flows into a bright dining area and cozy living room with a stone fireplace—perfect for family meals and movie nights.



Bring your four-legged friends! A fenced backyard keeps pets and kids safe, and the 3-car garage provides secure storage for bikes, kayaks or golf clubs. Relax on the patio after a day on the trails or exploring Bella Vista’s lakes. (Please do not leave pets or children unattended.)

Cooper Memorial Chapel. Dining and shopping in downtown Bentonville are an easy drive, and Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) is about 30 minutes away.
