'A True Gem of a Motel – Feels Like Home! If you are looking for a place that combines classic, nostalgic charm, this is it. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel like family. The room was spotlessly clean, exceptionally cozy, and full of thoughtful details that you just don't get at big corporate chain hotels. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything felt warm and welcoming. It has that true hometown hospitality that is so hard to find these days. I honestly didn't want to...

'Great location with excellent staff'

'Nice place!'

'This property was beautiful, room nice and cool, had a fridge. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included and was very good.'

'If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip. '

'The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.'

'Really clean and lovely'

'Incredible all around Good vibes and people '

'We had a wonderful experience at the black rock lodge, the staff is amazing and you can feel how passionate they are about their work. The Tikal visit is a must. We had an amazing day on site with our guide Noel, we learnt so much about Mayan history and jungle fauna. We did also the hike to the summit and the night walk with the guide. Both great. Ask for a visit of the gardens, they are growing their own vegetables and fruits for the restaurant, the gardeners are lovely people. Finally the...

'The location is a short walk to the center of the city. Very quiet with a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea directly across the street……have a cup of coffee on the terrace and enjoy the breeze and sea. The breakfast is really nice……. fresh fruit, eggs, mini pancakes and several other baked breads. Really good coffee. Nicely appointed rooms with hot water and super thick, large and soft towels.. Ms.Deborah, the owner is super nice and can provide any information you may need to complete...
