'This hotel is a rusian holiday camp with realy unfriedly service THE premium gym. Half of the equitment was not working sauna out of order later found out there was upstairs An other one wich they opend after 3 days . Food poor speciality restaurants never in mine live seen 3 different ones wich such a bad experience of tasting very poor . Waterparkslides only open from 2 Pm till 630 not open in the morning . Staff in general not very friendly . NEVER AGAIN'

'autour de l'hotel il n'y a rien d'autres que des hotels, si vous choisissez cet hotel, il faut avoir un sacré budget transports taxi uniquement horiblement cher et tout est affiché en euros, on ne se crois pas en Turquie...rien a moins de 50 et 100€ la course...un peu décevant, il vous propose une carte pour les touristes et une carte pour les locaux...lamentable '

'The property is good, the pool facilities, indoor and outdoor, the kids playing area, the animalfarm/ zoo near the hotel - was great. the food in the restaurant good. staff and service - extremely poor. it seems that all good turkish service people left the country. no ones cares about you and the way how you are being spoken to and looked at - especiallg when you try to communicate with them in English is terrible and not even 1 star level! The hotel seems to have become a hide out place...
