Affordable Luxury
Place is affordable luxury! This is my go to hotel when I’m in town, Phyllis, Linda and the younger gentleman (sorry didn’t catch his name) are always pleasant and so helpful!!!! Love it here!

It’s not like a normal hotel where they clean your room in the morning. You have to request the room the be cleaned for a fee. My sheets were stained with something red and so was the pillow case too. The front desk told me they clean the room one a week.

The only unpleasant thing was the cockroaches, I had to kill three and in the elevator there was a slightly unpleasant smell, but the room was comfortable and the place was quiet.

Ok, but not great
The hotel was decent on cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, it's an extended stay and our neighbor was a night owl. They watched TV loudly and cooked and banged pots and pans around all night.

The owners wife was very rude from the start , I booked threw hotels.com and she called at 1 am and said I didn’t pay which I clearly did and then proceeded to ask for confirmation number at 4 am waking the kids and baby up again ..she was the most rude person I have came in contact with in a long while,especially in a place of business where they own . I told her I’d leave her a bad review n she said go ahead ur no one that matters . I’m done

We had a problem with the garbage disposal and we saw a maintenance person on our way to the pool and mentioned it to him and by the time we got back to the room it was all taken care of This was excellent service and all staff was very nice friendly and helpful

So although this is a nice property, our room was in poor condition. The soap dispenser in the bathroom by the sink did not work, and the toilet was broken. Also, the bed sheets were not clean - urine stains. We got in late so we were too tired but did mention it in the morning.

I reserved and paid for a suite with a separate bedroom weeks before my stay. Once I checked in and went to the room I was in a normal hotel room. Not at all what I paid $240 for, and definitely not what I reserved. I was never notified of this change, was never offered any sort of refund, discount, or compensation for this change, and the woman training a nice young girl at the counter was ridiculously rude. Not to mention there were other guests at the desk disappointed as well, so this seems to be how they normally operate… unprofessional, rude, and not honoring reservations. I left the hotel and went to stay somewhere that they value not only my business, but also understand how customers should be treated. I would never stay there again.

Front desk worker after 10pm was very unhelpful with everything I asked? Our Tv remote wasn’t working and she did not want to assist me. In the morning the kids were excited to get in the pool that was supposed to open at 10 am she said it didn’t open until 12 when there was clearly a sign on the gate. After I threatened to call corporate, “maintenance “that “wasn’t on site” magically appeared and unlocked the gate. So we finally got in at 11 but had to be checked out by 12 so they lost an hour. I ONLY rent hotels with pools so my kids can have fun while we’re away. The daytime staff here were wonderful though. I come here yearly (3yrs and counting) and usually have a great stay. I’d come back but hope that the evening staff improves their attitude

The bathrooms were in horrible shape. The bottom of the shower tub was badly stained and the shower tile was in horrible shape. For two nights the fire alarm went off at exactly 2:27am. In both cases, a false alarm but imagine trying to go back to bed after that. It was a horrible experience. Also, there was no cellular internet in area so once you left hotel, you lost connectivity until you got to the road. The staff was nice though and the bed was comfortable.

The room was so comfortable and with a contemporary style.It had all the amenities that you would need. Exceptionally clean. The manager and receptionist were so very helpful. The pool area is very clean and you can even barbecue outside. I highly recommend staying here.
