  • Drie slaapkamer historische cottage gelegen tegenover het spoor en de lokale Co-Op. Perfect voor het hele gezin. Geniet van een korte wandeling naar Lake Sambell of naar het stadscentrum, waar u kunt genieten van de cafés, restaurants, wijnbars en een beetje winkelen of u kunt ervoor kiezen om buiten te blijven en te ontspannen in de overdekte ruimte met familie of vrienden.

    Deze privé, volledig zelfstandige accommodatie bestaat uit een queensize bed en twee tweepersoonsbedden, allemaal met elektrische dekens, een aparte eethoek, een aparte woonkamer, een goed uitgeruste keuken, wasruimte, Wi-Fi en Netflix, parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein en een grote volledig omheinde tuin voor uw bontbaby's om te verkennen. Winterwarmte is via geleide verwarming en geleide koeling voor de warmere zomermaanden. Alle linnengoed is aanwezig. Kom, blijf en u en uw huisdieren zullen genieten van het allerbeste van Beechworth!

Great place for a short stay

Perfect location a few mins walk from the Main Street and close to the EPIC MTB trail (the reason for our trip). Clean and tidy throughout - we really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay.

We did several bnbs on our road trip and this place was a stand-up. Incredible location, old world charm yet modern conveniences and our bordoodle absolutely loved the yard.

Great support from check in hosts. Aircon and lights on when we arrived which was appreciated. Well appointed and close to town. Would have loved more seating on front porch for a family group to take in early morning birds! Wonderful stay. Thanks!

Beechworth Family Stay

The house at Allen Street provided the perfect location for a 3-generations family stay. Lots of room and particularly nice to have a yard for a toddler to enjoy.

So close to town

Great property with everything you need. Short walk to town, lots of condiments and basics in the kitchen that you don’t have to bring yourself and a good heater to warm the house on chilly nights.

Easter 2025

The Allen st property was a great choice for our adult family. The beds were comfy and house warm. The yard was great for our dog and the property was an easy walk to town. The kitchen provided all the necessary food. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Beechworth Gold

It was a beautiful, peaceful home so close to town that we could walk to everything. We enjoyed the decor, books, and music that our hosts kindly left for us. Our chihuahuas especially loved the enclosed backyard. We will stay here again!

Convenient, spacious

This was an excellent position, 3 Bedrooms, Dining Area as well as a table in the large kitchen. Only one shower and a separate toilet at the bottom of the house. Everything was clean and well organised. So there is only One bathroom with a separate toilet.

Come prepared in the winter

The property was as described, however, remember to bring a dressing gown and slippers if staying during the cooler months. A trip to the toilet is a cold experience. Our bed was not so comfortable. Location was great and access to the Rail trail provided a good walk. The house is conveniently located near town and features a spacious yard ideal for dogs. The driveway gate needs repairing.

Perfect location

This charming old home on a huge block is in a perfect location. Short walk into town, short walk to Lake Samball, the Asylum just up the road and central to any day trips or short drives you may wish to do. Our 3 dogs loved the secure and spacious yard. A couple of amenities within the house which were not available and would be useful given the wet weather - a clothes dryer and a mop - otherwise very well appointed. I like to leave properties tidy and clean. Thank you for a great property to enjoy.

Did not like TV…no instructions given on how to use it. Code to access key at front very difficult to see..needed a torch at 3PM .. Property in great location ..easily able to walk to main Beechworth precinct.Loved autumn colours in gardens
