I thought they were supposed to be a continental breakfast, but there was none that I could find. The area was kind of suspect a few people look like they shouldn’t be there and did not have rooms there that I could tell just sitting in the parking lot. I asked twice to get clean towels. You only get one set of towels, one set...

« Low water pressure,not a very good shower head! Grab bar by shower was very loose not stable!Also mechanical mechanism to engage from bathtub to shower was not working properly!Hotel was very hard to get in touch with with directly. No one answered the phone after making many calls! »

« I reserved a two queen bed suite when I arrived I was told their queen suites where all taken in fact, they told me that all the rooms that had two queen beds were all booked. I told him that I had reservations for over a month that I couldn’t have just a king bed. I had my daughter and granddaughter staying with me. after 15 minutes I was put in a room with two queen beds no mirror in the bathroom no towels. I’m not even sure the room was clean before we got in there other than the beds were...

« Room was very clean but the rest of the property was TERRIBLE!! Remodeling going on and the hallways, etc. were dirty, carpets needed swept and there was wallpaper hanging and some really bad paint jobs being done. I’ve stayed here off & on for over 12-years and this was the WORST visit ever. First night I had no hot water (called desk & was told maintenance would be in at 7:00am); hallways were very dark (I need to see who’s in the hallway when I’m walking). Didn’t eat breakfast 1st morning...

« Wi-Fi didn’t work. Elevator broke temporarily. Breakfast was absolutely atrocious. Staff was not very friendly and unhelpful in regards to the Wi-Fi. The two hardest workers on the property were the maintenance men. They get an A+. »

« Rob is so helpful making sure our room has the proper amenities for my physical disabilities. The rooms are always clean and organized. My adult son enjoys the swimming and sauna pools. Whenever we have chosen to eat breakfast, there is always a wide selection of food to choose from. The breakfast staff bends over backwards to accommodate guest's special requests. »
