'Property showed signs of wear and tear. Scuffs and marks on the wall in the room. Loose screw in the shower. Caulking around the toilet was not where the toilet was. No free coffee. All ice machines on the each floor were broken. No free breakfast. The staff running the cafe for breakfast could not operate the cash register and the food was horrible. Had to wait longer than normal to get breakfast made, and we were the only ones that had ordered at that time. Will not stay at this...

'The front desk woman, Silk, gave us awesome food recommendations and helped us book a suite perfect for our family of 5. Great room, close to tons of great restaurants. The expedia listing stated there was a arcade/game room which actually just means the basketball court fyi'

'Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. '

'The room was very large & spacious so that was nice. The beds were very comfy and soft! The only issues we had were the showers were not hot. The water got lukewarm at most so showers weren’t very enjoyable. Also the gym is on the third floor apparently so our room was underneath the gym, meaning all night long we heard huge thuds & pounding. (We called to complain & we were told it was the gym). Besides that, pretty decent stay.'
