Come and discover all that Ploubalay and its surroundings have to offer.<br>Nestled in the picturesque village of Ploubalay, right in the heart of the beautiful Emerald Coast in Brittany. <br><br>🏡 Description of the cottage<br><br>Come and discover our independent gîte-apartment, set in an old farmhouse renovated with care, in the heart of the town of Beaussais-sur-Mer.<br><br>Located in a townhouse, it offers the calm and greenery of the countryside, in a peaceful and relaxing environment. You will be surprised by the silence and the surrounding nature, while remaining close to all amenities.<br><br>Since October 9, 2025, our cottage has been rated 2 stars by Gîtes de France, a guarantee of comfort and quality.<br><br>With a surface area of 41 m², it can accommodate up to 3 people and offers you a warm, comfortable and well-equipped space, with direct access to a large terrace overlooking the garden.<br><br>🛋️ The accommodations are composed as follows:<br><br>Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hob with extractor, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, as well as all the crockery you need to cook like at home.<br><br>Bright living room: 2-seater sofa bed (ideal for 1 person), television, dining table, some books and games. The living room has shutters on the French windows and blackout curtains on the windows for a peaceful sleep.<br><br>Direct access to the terrace: ideal for your outdoor breakfasts or a moment of relaxation in the sun with a good book.<br><br>Independent bedroom: double bed (140x190 cm), comfortable bedding and blackout curtain.<br><br>Modern bathroom: walk-in shower, washing machine, toilet.<br><br>🧺 Services included:<br><br>To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide:<br><br>Linen provided: sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats<br><br>Basic products: coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper.<br><br>Amenities and local markets nearby<br>Find everything you need nearby, from bakeries to local markets to restaurants with regional specialties.<br>You can explore the local markets, the one in Ploubalay takes place every Friday morning at the Place de la Gare from 8 am to 1 pm or come and discover the Dinard market! It is one of the largest in the region and is open all year round! Nearly 300 traders are gathered on the Esplanade de la Halle in season! It is held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning, all year round on the Esplanade des Halles, Place Rochaïd. The halls are open every morning from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm with 18 traders (they are closed on Mondays out of season) enough to concoct good tasty Breton dishes. If you prefer not to cook, many restaurants and cafes are nearby, allowing you to taste regional specialties.<br><br>Activities and visits<br>Activities for everyone: whether you are a history buff, a nature lover or a thrill seeker, Ploubalay and its surroundings offer a multitude of activities. <br><br>Proximity to the beaches: 7 min from the beaches of Lancieux (Saint Sieu is the main beach great sailing spot).
