Discover our eco‑friendly and very comfortable holiday home. This low‑energy house is perfect for quiet moments with family and friends. Located in a wooded residential area, our fully equipped gîte welcomes up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms.

A paradise of games and fun for all ages!
Children will enjoy endless entertainment: Duplo, Playmobil, pirate ship, doll and buggy, books, DVDs, guitars, go‑kart, small bikes, swing, ping‑pong table, trampoline, foosball… Enjoy a large wooded garden, in the sun or in the shade. Sip an aperitif while playing pétanque on our private court.

Direct access to nature and tourist attractions from Bois Joli!
A path at the back of the garden leads directly into a nature reserve, ideal for hiking lovers. Just a few minutes’ walk away, explore the Nichet Caves and the fascinating past of the citadels of Givet and Dinant, as well as Freyr Castle.

Enjoy a peaceful environment designed for families with children. Everything is arranged for relaxation, calm and serenity.
Please note that loud or boisterous parties are not allowed, and quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. to preserve the tranquillity of the area.
Pets are not permitted at Bois Joli. Thank you for your understanding — we do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Upon arrival, you will find two beds per room with a choice of pillows (standard or ergonomic). The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, five gas burners, a Soupmaker and a raclette machine. A first‑aid kit is available.

On the ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, separate toilet, and a bedroom with shower.
Upstairs: three bedrooms, bathroom, children’s play area or office. Each bedroom has two single beds.

You will also have pétanque balls, ping‑pong rackets and ball, various wooden games, small children’s bikes, stilts… In the garden, a large trampoline delights children (use without shoes, one child at a time, under adult supervision). In the garden shed: foosball table with ball and a dartboard. Slide, swing, trapeze…

Enjoy two large terraces: one facing south, the other partly shaded, with garden tables and chairs. Relaxation chairs are also available.

The semi‑passive house is very well insulated: the temperature remains constant, winter and summer. Mosquito screens allow you to ventilate without insects entering the house.

The region offers many attractions: Dinant and its citadel, Han with its wildlife park and caves, kayaking on the Lesse, the Rivéa water park 2 km away (pools, spa, bowling), the fortified castles of Bouillon and Lavaux‑Sainte‑Anne, and more.

In the heart of nature and… close to all amenities: numerous shops — Carrefour, Delhaize, Lidl, Aldi, bakery, fish shop, organic store, pizzerias, restaurants… in Beauraing (Belgium) and in Givet (France, 2 km away): Intermarché, clothing stores (Bonobo, Cache‑Cache, Kiabi), Trafic, Fnac, Decathlon, Lidl, Comptoir Bio… Foir’Fouille, restaurants, bowling, swimming pools.
