Ideally situated for boating enthusiasts, it`s a short cruise to Harkers Island, Cape Lookout, Beaufort, and Morehead City. Explore the world-class islands and fishing spots of the southern Outer Banks; you can bring your boat and tie it up on the concrete dock. House Rules

• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

• Quiet time is 11pm to 9am — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors.

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

• Furry friends are welcome, but please keep pets off the furniture so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests.

• Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays enjoyable for everyone.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are provided specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• Grill Use: You’re welcome to enjoy the grill during your stay! Please leave it in the same condition you found it—cleaned and brushed after use. A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if additional cleaning is required.

• A $200 security deposit is required for Vrbo and direct bookings only. This amount is held on the guest’s credit card until checkout and will only be charged if damages are found after departure.

• Starter kit provided with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age is 25 years old to book at this property.
