« Very basic facility. No tv even though instructions on how to get tv and satellite to work. No air conditioning. Carpets were completely worn out with burns and stains. The rug on top of the carpet was twisted and deformed. I don’t recommend this facility. »

« This hotel Was nasty they overbooked and screwed us out of a room, no accommodations at all.No updates or warnings and we're very rude about it. We were there for a softball tournament. Which another team player was staying there. They double booked a room for them and double charge them. »

« I like that it had the right amount of beds and a working microwave and fridge. I didn’t like that there was no WiFi and the check in process was very confusing and the man who checked us in acted very weird and was not helpful. »

« This was our 15th consecutive year going to Bear Lake. And the stay at North Beach Flats was one of best places we’ve stayed. Great location, safe for my family, and plenty of room. Minor delay when checking in, but the host was quick to respond, and provided great customer service. Highly recommend staying here. »

« It was clean and had evrything we needed. It was a little warm at night, but other than that it was great! Wonderful place to have a family vacation. »

« Unfortunately there was a problem with the booking even though I got the confirmation email, and I arrived in Bear Lake to find out I had no place to stay. Hope they have worked out the kinks in their system so that others aren’t left in a bind if they try to book this place. »

« This is a very new, lovely condo with a wonderful view of the lake. Great design and floor plan. VERY close to restaurants/ shops in town. Note: there is not a sandy beach in front of this property, but multiple beaches available a drive away. Could have been cleaner on check in ( food/ crumbs in dresser drawers, food or sand? on bathroom floor, water stains on shower doors). We had 5 people in unit w/ 3 bathrooms that sleeps 12 & ran out of hot water a couple of times. »
