'The double queen room was very old and outdated. Whatever chemicals they use to clean were so strong it gave me a migraine. The mattresses were AWFUL. By the time we got back from Mount Rushmore, there was no one in the office and the mattresses were so terrible we couldn’t stay. We ended up leaving at 11pm and continued on our trip. Will not be back!'

'Unplug and reset!! We stayed in the stargazer tent and it as very cool! The location/view was fantastic. The tents were so clean and well kept. The whole site was quiet during sleeping hours which we really appreciated. The staff was very nice and check-in/out was a breeze. Anything we needed the staff was able to provide quickly and even did so without asking for things we didn't notice. Food from the restaurant was nice, cleaner eating and very welcomed after eating on the road/fast food prior...

'This was a very nice, family friendly place to stay. You are about 40 minutes from Rapid City Airport, 1 minute from downtown Keystone, and minutes away from Mount Rushmore and other activities. I highly recommend this place if you are doing a South Dakota trip.'

'The hotel was convenient to our conference location and a restaurant was within walking distance. Thr room was nice and clean, however the walls seemed paper thin as you could hear everything. The elevator was broken at the time of our stay but there was staff willing to carry luggage up to our room if we needed. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was available to help keep costs down. Would stay again.'

'The hotel is under renovation. We were originally put in a room that was in such bad condition the bathroom light and fan did not work. We asked for a different room and we're told there was none. We were told the bathroom would be fixed by the time we returned at 10:00 p.m.. when we returned to the hotel our personal items had been moved to a new room.
