'I was only in the area for one night, but had a most enjoyable stay. It is a lovely hotel in an historic manor house, which still has the feeling of a country home. Beautiful grounds, with long, tree lined drive.'

'Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised)'

'Very nice accomodation and employees. Furniture a bit old but room of good size and comfortable shower. Only thing is that the heating system is turned off during the day and only switches in at 18.00 hrs ( except when it’s really freezing outside)'

'Oud landhuis, erg mooi en authentiek. Kamer was prima. Ik vind persoonlijk douchen in bad niet fijn, maar de douche was prima. De kamer was erg warm, verwarming kon niet kouder. Gelukkig zijn de ramen enkel glas en het raam open. Krijgen de vogeltjes t warm en wat frisse lucht binnen '

'Prima hotel met goede service. Personeel wil graag helpen. Kamers waren oke, de prijs die je ervoor betaald is prima kijkend naar de kwaliteit van de kamer. Wifi is aanwezig en deed het perfect. Enige echte nadeel is persoonlijk de afstand van het hotel tot het station van Luton wat in mijn optiek lopend te doen was maar waar toch een taxi voor nodig is om hier te komen.'

'Good sized room and bed. Very hot and stuffy on entry. Tried the air con control panel but it was switched off. (In a heatwave in june?) Turned on unit at the mains and room cooled until early hours of the morning when I heard water splashing on the carpet from the ac unit.- Noticeable amount of water pouring from unit-So turned it off again. Also found bathroom door wouldn't shut. Personally I prefer to use the bathroom in private and not have the door swing open to full view of the...
