'The staff were so friendly and well spoken. The palace is immaculate and so clean. Easy parking right out front which was free of charge for our rental car. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant for dinner which was one of our favourite meals of the trip. 'Nice rooms, views are non existent from most parts of the hotel as it’s perched in the middle of a hill next to dilapidated buildings etc. Breakfast very unhygienic and messy, staff bring wrong orders to your table and other staff corrected them. Reception staff gave misleading info about a request to modify booking persons which was late , hotel shows no care or concern though about guest circumstances (only interested in profit). Avoid for a better vacation experience.'
