'Uitstekend ontbijt met lekker en vers fruit! De kamers hebben alle voorzieningen, zijn wel aan de kleine kant want je kan je valies er niet in kwijt. Het bed is ook aan de kleine kant als je zelf thuis een groot bed hebt. Het matras in onze kamer is aan vervanging toe, het midden was een kuipje, slechte nacht dus.'

'The property was clean and the room had nice sea views. The rooms are in a converted house next to the Indian restaurant at the site. They are as mentioned in the description accessed via stairs .. quite a few although was offered help with bags. The main negative factor is the location. We arrived and witnessed an altercation on the street in the mid-afternoon with a women punched in the face. The police attended. We looked for other food options but only fish and chips available nearby....

'Central to the university. We needed to move our son from one house to another which was within easy distance. Parking private and next to hotel. Everyone courteous .'

'Lovely staff and excellent location. Rooms look as though they have been recently refurbished. Cold breakfast selection not as good as it used to be but good variety of cooked breakfasts on offer. I found the restaurant very cold in the evening but fine in the morning. Plenty of supplies in the room, tea, coffee, water, biscuits and toiletries etc.'

'From the moment we arrived to the moment we left our stay at the lansdowne was perfect. Comfortable room spotlessly clean with a few nice touches like shampoo shower gel and a well stocked hot drinks tray with biscuits and chocolates. Staff were extremely efficient and attentive. A goid choice at breakfast and all cooked well. Comfortable lounge to sit in and a bar if you wanted a drink. Can't fault this hotel and we will be booking again the next time we visit Llandudno.'
