'Lovely rooms and the spa tub was divine. The bed was ultra comfortable and the studio unit great. The gym equipment is a mixture of old and just working but the sauna and pool are excellent. I had a little issue with the receptionist and a room key card that stopped working right on 10.00am at checkout...leaving a couple of shoe items locked in the room. First time i have ever had that and we travel regularly locally and internationally. Otherwise a nice place with gym equipment that needs...

'Het Ramada hotel is een prima hotel. De kamers zijn schoon en alles is aanwezig. Het personeel is vriendelijk. De ligging is wat ver buiten het stadscentrum. 'The traffic noise from the motorway was bad in the morning luckily I had my ear plugs. Also in the night about 1am and 3am there was a lot of noise from other people, it went on so long that I opened the door and told them to shut up. The room was good overall, easy to cast to the TV, good shower, espresso capsule machine, there was a dark hair in the bed and on the coffee area which was kinda gross. The restaurant was good service and food and the reception staff were very helpful.'

'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '
