'The large colonial style home was beautifully maintained and the themed rooms very spacious with private bathrooms. The host was so welcoming and the hot home cooked breakfast delicious. The location and views were stunning.'

There was hair inside the refrigerator, dirty pillowcases, dirty linens, mold on the shower curtain, spiders, dead insects on the ceiling, and yellow and brown stains on the towels and bedding. 'It was a good stay. The staff were great. It has an indoor pool, and some free breakfast options. Very comfortable. Great cable selection, the little refrigerator worked well. The flower beds out front were beautiful. I garden, and they were really well done ...an eye catcher. I stay here fairly often and it's always a good stay. If anything is needed they take care of it quickly.'

'Extremely filty room, rust and brown water came out of the shower every time it was first turned on, carpet sticky and smelly, half of the lights and the electrical outlets were not working or missing bulbs, air conditioner extremely noisy and did not cool room, all surfaces grimy and dirty. Missing TV remote and refrigerator was not working. Spiders appeared in the bathroom during the night. Several long term guest sit outside their rooms watching you go in and out of room as though they are...

'I know there is remodeling going on, but this place was subpar. Leaving doors open for workers caused my room to be humid. No door handles on doors for basic passage through was tough.'
