LES URSULINES HISTORIC CENTER OF BAYEUX

In the heart of historic Bayeux and close to the D-Day landing beaches, you will stay in one of Bayeux's oldest houses, dating back to the 16th century. The house combines comfort and authentic décor with its stone fireplaces, spiral staircase, oak parquet floors, and wood paneling. The accommodations are a town house comprising a first floor and two upper floors. On the first floor, there is an entrance hall with a toilet, the staircase, then you access the living/dining room, and then the kitchen with direct access to the patio. On the first floor, there is a small sitting room, then a large bedroom leading to the bathroom. On the second floor, there is a children's bedroom, then a large bedroom with two single beds and a sink. Guests are received by the owner unless they prefer the key box. The special feature of this house is its location and its historical character. You can immerse yourself in the authentic medieval atmosphere of this city and, above all, easily walk to the Bayeux Tapestry, the cathedral, the Bayeux Museum of History and Art, Place de Gaulle, the D-Day Museum, and the city center with all its shops and restaurants. You can park your car in Place de Gaulle. It's free (a 5-minute walk from the house). With a car, you are 12 km from the D-Day landing beaches and Port-en-Bessin, 30 km from Caen and its memorial, 30 km from Omaha Beach with its American Cemetery, and 100 km from Mont Saint-Michel.
