« I passed this on to the Front Desk Manager this morning…the room was clean and well-appointed, the beds were terrific, the breakfast was first-rate. Check-in was easy and smooth. The one minor complaint I had was that the TV service did not include access to Public Broadcasting stations. Overall, a very pleasant experience. »

« Limited choices for breakfast especially for diabetics or those who have to limit carb intake. No fresh fruit. Check in staff was excellent! Very friendly and informative. Explained the boil water and gave us solutions. Checkout staff not as friendly, seemed distracted with her phone. Everything was clean, bed was ok comfort wise, room was quiet except for the train outside! »

« Perfect spot for our visit to Hannibal during its fall festival. Everything was within walking distance, the room was spacious and comfortable and the communication with the property was prompt and helpful. I enjoyed the window view overlooking the levee and Mississippi River. We chatted with passengers getting back on the Viking River cruise at the port. « Wonderful stay! Front desk staff was friendly and prompt in checking in. Clean, updated room with comfortable bed (on the harder side if that is a concern). Loved having the space and a couch to sit on. My only one complaint (and this is not a slight to the staff) is that breakfast was somewhat depleted as some sports teams were staying there and seemed to have come through right as I was going to breakfast. Perhaps a friendly note to staff to proactively stock breakfast and refills in this...
