« I could smell cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room. I did not have my door open. Very pungent in hallway. Maybe install a barrier where those rooms begin. As a non-smoking person, the smell is very intrusive and gross. »

The TV did not work because the receiver box was plugged into the wall behind the TV stand so we had to move furniture in order for the remote to communicate to the box. The volume did not work so anything we watched was blaring loud. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal only, so we ended up having to find somewhere for breakfast. The lady at the front...

« Well maintained hotel. Quiet night's sleep even next to the highway and a railroad. The pool was surprisingly warm and very clean. The hot tub was very toasty. Good value. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The staff was absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful and courteous. The pool was clean, hit tub was warm, not really hot. The room for the most part was clean. The overall hotel, room, hallways, stairs need to be thoroughly vacuumed. The elevator was very dirty. I know they are doing some painting and maybe the new GM ( which was very very nice to talk to) will have it cleaned up. »

Our TV didn't work when we got to our room but upon calling the front desk the man came right to our room and fixed it. Our bed frame was very noisy as the mattress was on a metal box.
