The inviting room also offers cosy seating and a SAT TV for year-round amusement.

The separate modern kitchen and dining area provide a carefree setting for family stays, with everything on hand to wine and dine your holiday away! All the must-have appliances feature, including a cooker hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Moka coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher.

The detached holiday homes offers sleeping accommodation to suit families, friends and groups; with a versatile arrangement to suit max 6 guests (this includes adults, children and babies!).
Guests will find a charming lake view double bedroom with a king-size double bed complemented by a second lake view bedroom with balcony, which is furnished with a twin set of joinable beds.
To the ground floor living room, a double sofa bed also offers added flexibility for any extra guests staying.

A family fitted bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower also features alongside a second useful shower room and private laundry facilities. For guests with limited mobility please note that the house features 16 internal steps and 36 external steps.

Outside, the sunny lake view garden offers a tranquil setting in which to relax and play. The well-tended green space also features a well-stocked kitchen garden too, which is home to deliciously fresh home grown vegetables and fruit trees; for guest’s own use.

Accompanying the dining area for 6, the sunny outdoor terrace offers an idyllic lake view backdrop from which to enjoy ambient alfresco meals. A lovely stone-built BBQ also offers the opportunity for groups of 6-8 to soak up the sun with a relaxed summertime feast. A private parking space also conveniently features with the holiday home.

To the back of the holiday home, a timeless romantic path leads up to the Beautiful Mottarone Mountain, from where (on a clear day) guests’ can take in the panoramic views of Lake Maggiore and Monte Rosa.
