Lovely couple of nights as always. Spotlessly clean, great friendly staff and fab breakfast. Plenty of parking and safe fenced grassy area for the dogs or just to sit and relax. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give 0 I would. The staff was lack of ampathy to our family. We have 4 kids and 5 adults waiting 30 mins for the room. The staff wasn't willing to take us to the room. She was very lazy and provided impossible service to families. We booked 3 rooms, and she told us the Deluxe room is a Junior room. I told her I needed more duvets for the kids, and she said, "Not sure about it. " When she found it, we had to carry it by ourselves. I also carried a duvet from the main building to the annex building in the rain. Frankly, I would say the hotel is just ok: smell, not clean, horribly warm. But the biggest problem is reception.
