Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The first room that I was in, the toilet didn’t flush properly the room wasn’t up to par, shower had hair in it etc and the curtains had something on them, I wasn’t sure if it was blood or what but I changed rooms only to end up in a room with a HORRENDOUS smell that made me wake up with a headache and that toilet also didn’t work properly in the “new room” so it is a plumbing issue inside the entire building. The hotel was so disgusting I didn’t eat or drink anything inside the room nor did I bring any food inside the hotel only to wake up and see ROACHES on the counter near the sink. Absolutely disgusting. I asked the Manager Prince for an accommodation for the condition of the rooms only for him to write my number down so that he could “speak to his boss” and I haven’t heard a word from anyone about it. Absolutely disgusting I would never book here again and I would advise other people to do the same. I’m positive the smell and the headache I was experiencing was due to mold and roaches inside of the hotel room. UNACCEPTABLE!
