The staff were super communicative in the lead up to the booking, they'd asked if we'd prefer a room away from the hall which was hosting a Motown night since they saw we had an infant with us, and they called on the day to ask if we'd prefer the sofa bed or cot for the infant. 'Booked this hotel very last minute, due to another Hotel/Hostel (RS Hotel Leeds) informing us our booking had been cancelled even though we had all confirmation details and was still active....all this when you're checking in at 4pm to head to a concert at Leeds for 7pm start. In panic on Sat afternoon needed a hotel in the centre and found Quebec on Expedia, just round the corner from where we were. Booked and walked to the hotel, even before they had confirmation of the booking. Staff...

'De netheid van de kamer was zo zo. We hadden via hotels.com duidelijk aangegeven dat we 2 pubers van 15 en 16 hadden, maar daar was in het hotel duidelijk niets van bekend.We zijn er 2 nachten geweest. De eerste avond veel geluidsoverlast want er was een bruiloft in het hotel. Ontbijt was goed maar er moest extra betaald worden voor de kinderen. Voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar, ondaks het vriendelijke personeel.'

'Nice quite rooms with all you need, ie kettle, plenty of coffee, tea, Sugar and milk. Enough for 2 people for 2 days, having morning and evening drinks. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice of cereals, pastries etc and the cooked ENGLISH breakfast was very nice especially the Black Pudding. The free internet was ok but at the back of the building in the rooms there it was a be sketchy. '
