'Very convenient and spacious apartment - the only one on the 5th floor. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony in the very hot weather, as the flat was quite hot. There is a fan but it wasn't particularly effective. Plenty of storage space, a huge TV and big living area. Comfortable bed.
A few minor niggles - the flat feels a bit tired. Loose carpet in the hall, and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. The bathroom extractor fan did not seem to be working. Some of the venetian blinds were...

'The check in was really confusing. We parked near by but only told after check in that could get discount on parking. Check in window is between 3 and 6, location is confusing to find and then they wanted £200 additional deposit even though room paid for and needed a traditional credit card not apple pay. Then sent to different building. Corridors and room smelt mouldy and damp. Our expectation that this would be a lovely stay for family and it was poor to average. Location in town good but...
