Shocked and disappointed

Horrified to discover public toilet directly in front of kitchen window with daily 7am emptying schedule. Unable to open windows at the front of the property- lounge ,kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Substantial accumulation of black mould on bathroom ceiling. Very disappointing and disnissive eaction from host despite photographic evidence
