Centraal gelegen.
Centraal gelegen groot hotel met onderaan een openbare parking. We hadden een kamer met uitzicht op een vuil venster en dak. Lekker ontbijt. Het restaurant kunnen we niet aanraden maar in de buurt hebben we lekker gegeten. Vriendelijk personeel.

In house restaurant food was fantastic! Staff very nice. Polite and helpful. Quiet rooms despite big tourist groups staying at the hotel. Perfect location right in the city centre. No free disabled parking bays however there were two disabled bays in front of the hotel but these are not bookable. There is a NCP car park beneath the hotel which costs £50.00 for the weekend. We requested a room with twin beds and was given an ‘accessible’ room to accommodate wheelchair users which didn’t apply in our case. The downside to this was the bathroom sink was very low done as was the loo and loo roll holder. Would highly recommend. Not cheap but worth it.

Hotel insisted I pay on arrival even though I’d already paid via Expedia and showed receipt! Rooms certainly not up to standard, smelt mouldy and damp in room, seals around window were filthy. Rusty bin in bathroom and damp patches on wall and ceiling in bathroom. We stayed in room 350. Only one reception staff member at peak check in time! Hotel really needs to step up and refine their offering to suit what they say they provide

Overall I found the hotel very good. One lift wasn't working, and I didn't really enjoy the dinner options, but the breakfast was very good

A really lovely Hotel bang in the City centre. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff are all very friendly. Check in was quick and easy and the rooms look they were recently renovated, with a very comfy bed Parking too is very easy in the podium car park for £15/day. Great value. Will definitely stay here again.

Average stay at the Doubletree in Bath. Dining options were limited and not told that food was not served past 9:30pm for dinner when arriving so a few disappointed kids unable to get dessert. Room was cleaned to a minimal standard throughout stay also but feels like the hotel was struggling with recruiting staff throughout but not what was expected from a Hilton.

Good stay. Some areas could be cleaned better. Noticed some hairs in the bathroom and bits on the floor but overall a nice hotel in a good location and for a reasonable price when i booked.

It was like being in the wood wind section from the pipes which kept you awake and woke you early. The bathroom door did not close and the toilet didn’t flush properly. No water or glasses in the room. All in all disappointing for a hotel with the Hilton name

Good stay
Excellent location as it was a short distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Very clean all around. Our room was directly in front of the lift (so loud from people) and didn’t have a great view but that’s the luck of the draw! Bed was comfortable but air conditioner was loud and seemed stuck on a high temperature and other noise from water system disturbed sleep. Breakfast was excellent.

Not value money
The rooms were exceptionally small and was not value for money compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Bath previously, for the same or less money. The breakfast was lacking as due to lack of staff there were no plates for breakfast or parts of the breakfast menu were missing.

Great location, check-in a bit irritating
Great location but service mediocre. Requested an early check-in as a Hotels.com Gold member two weeks before arrival, and then again the day before but they had no record of it at check-in and it was then not available. All a bit poor really.

Lovely Christmas stay
Overall It was lovely. Really like the room. Had some hair in the shower that had been missed by cleaner but room otherwise clean. Room was too hot was another minor criticism. The central location is a massive plus.

Very poor room service
Front of house staff very friendly and helpful. On the second night the room was not fully serviced or cleaned, with dirty cloths left on the side and cleaning products left on floor. Given the premium rates we payed for this weekend it was very disappointing. I followed this up with an email and photos, as advised by reception, over a week ago and have had no response.

Falling into disrepair with terrible housekeeping
We have stayed here many many times, but this visit was terrible. They clearly have major issues with housekeeping. The airconditioning did not work, the replacement heater was a hazard as the wheel had fallen off it but not been fixed. The room was not serviced - they just made the bed and did not replace the used towels placed in the slower. There was a dirty pillow on the bed which I tried each day to get replaced but it never appeared. There was no replacing of tea and coffee supplies, dirty cups not removed or replace and bins not emptied. Will not be staying here ever again.

Not like the web site.
The hotel was not like the web site . Difficulty with actually talking to anyone. Any problems the stock answere was "Not our faut because it was a Booking doc com or which ever" Expecting a bath as seen on the web site told none in the hotel,, The room was ok but coffe stains and sticky stuff on bed side tables and dressing table. The carpet was not clean Explained about it the next morning to be told "We will get onto it immediately" Still there that evening. We came back to the hotel after 5pm and room still had not been done. I do understand about turn overs but that was not very good and yes the coffee stains and sticky stuff still there. I actually spoke to the clesners and then it was cleared up with difficulty. I did speak to the receptionist again this time a manager. One good point was the night staff. I managed to spill a cup of coffee ouver the quilt I rang down and a nice chap got us a replacement This stay was a break getting ready for Christmas. The hotel was expensive and on paying that price I expected at least a clean room. The morning dining room staff where very nice and lovely. So to sum up Expensive Hotel for the room Service for the room very poor, Speaking to someone pre booking Poor Reception staff had stock answer Not our fault." Cleanliness poor. For the type of hotel and a Hilton group value for money No. Very disapointed. Bath lovely stall holders great.

Upon my arrival and check-in, I was initially looking forward to a pleasant stay at your esteemed establishment. Unfortunately, my experience took a disappointing turn as soon as I entered my assigned room. The pervasive moldy odor was not only unpleasant but also concerning, as it indicated a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. What made matters worse was the hotel's apparent attempt to eliminate the moldy smell by using an overly strong fragrance. This approach only compounded the issue and made the room's atmosphere even more uncomfortable. I believe it is crucial for a hotel of your caliber to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and provide a safe and pleasant environment for its guests.
