'Beautiful, private, peaceful. We had everything we could possibly need. Property was immaculate. Loved waking to the sounds of all the birds. Oscar’s occasional visits were a bonus.'

'This studio apartment (above a garage) was an ideal getaway for us. Lovely, quiet area just steps from the lake and a 5-10 minute drive to the shopping g district. Kitchen is well equipped. Very nice deck to enjoy meals.'

'My husband and I stayed two nights, arriving late in the afternoon. We had no difficulty finding or getting into the property. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were out doing things in the area most of the time, but did enjoy a slow, quiet morning and loved being able to walk to the nearby park and enjoy the view. We were also in the apartment early one evening because of light rain, just reading and checking emails, etc., and missed the basics for preparing our own food....

'Charming historic apartment in Downtown Yarmouth. Great spot from Wichita visit my good friends in Cumberland. Also not far from Portland. The unit was immaculate and the host had left fresh flowers and wine and other beverages. Very cozy and accommodating!'

'This is an absolutely heavenly location with a space that couldn't be more beautiful. Our stay was absolutely perfect. There were wonderful places to ride bikes, and hike. The botanical garden is literally around the corner. There is a canoe for use off of the pristine dock and a gorgeous deck that looks out onto their gardens and the inlet. We grilled and ate overlooking a sunset, we enjoyed the comfortable furniture and fabulous decor while playing cards on a rainy day. And, their dog Chloe is...

'The view was amazing! Clean and nicely decorated. In saying that, There were no pots and pans, knife to food prep with and no can opener in the kitchen. I purchased a set of pots and pans and a can opener. All of my food in the fridge spoiled. I had to throw it all away the fridge was not cold enough and needed to be repaired. They need to update there mattress it sunk in the middle and was very uncomfortable.'
