- Bedroom 4: master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom (with shower and toilet) and sea view
- Separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 12m x 4m private, unheated infinity pool with alarm, open from April to the end of September
- A 300 m² south/southwest-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
