'The place could use some upgrades but was overall excellent and the staff from the receptionists to the security and all other staff were incredible definitely my go to place in springfield'

'The staff was amazing and we loved our room. Breakfast had good options'

'Exceptional stay… staff was friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. Best breakfast ever!! Bed and pillows very comfortable. This was literally one of the best stays I have ever had'

'I really enjoy my stay!'

'Highly recommend staying here! It's conveniently located to places of interest. Comfortable bed and cozy room. Great amenities and very friendly staff.'

'Great rooftop bar'

'The room was gross, the building is falling apart. We had a renovated room and they left screws in the sink, glue in the bathroom, it wasn't clean. Someone tried coming in our room at 8AM, had a card and everything. Found out it was a construction worker. Could NOT sleep with how thin all the walls were, tv only worked sometimes. Literally nothing nice to say about this place except the morning desk lady was very nice and respectful.'

'Great clean, well lit hotel'

'We were disappointed with stay. The room was in an annexe and had no way of blocking light from the windows that included skylights and, although ear plugs were provided to combat noise from the adjacent road, it didn’t really meet up to our expectations from the advert. Also we discovered this B&B didn’t give breakfast.'

'Tophotel. Ontbijt zelfs met vers fruit wat je zelden tegenkomt inde hotels in de VS.'

'Everything was perfect!'

'Nice stylish room! Room close to railway and docking location where during evening and night activities going on. One improvement to add double glass in the window to have a bit more insulation and noise downgrade '

'Front desk while checking in and out were awesome!!'
