'I reserved a room with two beds for our family and a week before they moved the 3 of us to one king bed and made me purchase an extra room. One of our rooms was never serviced by housekeeping and the front desk does not answer the phone nor is a GM available. Our shower was a trickle of water in one of the rooms. The location however is super which is no doubt why we were treated this way at a Marriott property.'

'This hotel was clean and.conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished. The valet service made parking a breeze and the employees there were great— shout out to Owen who gave us directions and always had a smile on his face. '

'Room was clean but walls had water damage from roof leaks. Bathroom door wouldn't lock. Pool was closed, nothing on website indicating it was not open. The 50 dollar hold for incidentals seemed a little much for a lack of services. Parking is limited, we had to park in the back and walk around because room key wouldn't open door in back. No sidewalk to get you from back parking lot to front door. If you just want a place to crash for some sleep it's probably your place.'

'My main issue was that only one of the three elevators was operational, which caused significant frustration and stress, especially when you're lacking sleep from traveling and your only desire is to reach your room and rest, but you're unable to do so because you have to wait for an opportunity to fit into the elevator as everyone is attempting to access their rooms. Also the signature that makes the double tree stand out if the amazing colors that we weren’t offer at registration, when I asked...

'Room was decent, nothing negative. Could use more pillows & extra blanket. No closet, meaning no iron & could not hang clothes if needed. It served its purpose to be there just to lay your head & be near Notre Dame for game/concerts.'
